A holder with four places for airbrushes. An airbrush laid down is a problem for two reasons: the needle rests against the bench and is easily bent, and the remaining paint from the cup runs into the air channel, from which it is then far harder to clean than out of the cup. In an upright holder the airbrush stands as it should, and four places make it possible to keep different needles or different shades ready at once.
Set the rack so that the airbrush hoses do not run across the working area and drag the model along with them. After flushing, let the airbrush drain in the rack, but do not forget to take it apart; the thinner left in the channel will not dry out on its own and paint settles in it. Wipe the rack from time to time, because overspray slowly hardens on it.
The holder does not fix an airbrush permanently. Catching a hose can pull the whole rack over, so set it out of reach of your elbows and preferably toward the back edge of the bench.
Airbrushes, a hose and a compressor are not included in the package.
The rack is worth it even for someone who has a single airbrush. Four places do not serve only for four tools: the second place suits an airbrush taken apart for cleaning and the third a cup that is waiting to be filled with paint.
