A base coat in a spray can with a volume of four hundred milliliters, in a gray matte shade. The primer unifies a surface made up of different materials, reveals unfinished joints and scratches before the paint goes on the model and, above all, gives the top color a surface it holds on. Gray is a universal choice because it does not shift the shade of the paint that follows the way white or black does.
Shake the can thoroughly for at least a minute before use. Spray from a distance of roughly twenty centimeters in several thin coats, not in one heavy one, otherwise the layer floods the engraving. Work at room temperature, as a cold model and a cold can give a rough grainy surface. When you have finished spraying, turn the can upside down and press briefly; that flushes the nozzle and it will not clog next time.
The spray is under pressure. Use it in a well-ventilated area, do not inhale the aerosol, protect your eyes and keep it out of the reach of children and away from sources of heat and open flame.
