Firma49 200 liter drums (ver.2) in 1:72 scale is a set of resin 200 liter drums — a diorama accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of classic 200 liter drums in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Firma49. It is not a kit or a vehicle model but a diorama accessory for bringing the scene around the main model to life. The ver.2 designation means a reworked, more detailed version. The set offers undamaged as well as damaged variants of the drums and separate lids.
200 liter steel drums for fuel, oil and water are a universal prop of military and civilian scenes from the Second World War to this day. In the small 1:72 scale they fill airfields, vehicle columns and storage areas splendidly.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. In a small scale, painting with an airbrush and a fine patina with pigments and washes helps; because of the size of the parts, work with tweezers.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and the main model are not included in the package.
