1942-1945 WWII Japanese vehicles - an AMMO paint set (IONIC Smart Colors)

The set holds twelve water-thinnable acrylic paints of the IONIC Smart Colors line by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. The shades are chosen to cover the typical base and camouflage tones of Japanese armor of the years 1937 to 1945.

Use

  • The base khaki tone and the disruptive brown and green blotches for the three-color Japanese scheme
  • Shades for running gear, a dark brown for chipping and a dark red for rust effects
  • Black for rubber parts and details, brown tones for the load and a light shade for highlights
  • Thinned with water or with an acrylic thinner, suitable for a brush and an airbrush
