This set is a detail accessory for building models, not a standalone model. It holds 310 pieces of 3D printed resin hexagonal rivets in two larger sizes, 1.5 and 1.7 mm. They suit places where bolder riveted or bolted joints are needed, for instance on heavier armor parts and structures.
The individual rivets are separated and glued onto the surface of a model at armor joints, brackets and beams. The hexagonal shape of the head faithfully captures the look of period bolts and nuts. The material has been adjusted for greater flexibility and strength, so the rivets snap less.
Separate the rivets carefully from the carrier sheet with a sharp knife or tweezers and glue them in spots with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Plan the placement according to the real subject or period photographs. Then even the surface out with a primer and spray it with an airbrush.
This is an accessory set. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
