A set of resin animal figures in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Mantis Miniatures. It is not a model of hardware but a scenic accessory for a diorama, a vignette or a small scene of its own. The animals are cast in gray resin, usually one piece at a time.
Animal figures give a scene a natural sense of scale, movement and life. They work as an accessory to vehicles and to human figures. The particular make-up of the set differs between the individual numbers in the range, so check the species against the illustration on the box.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Glue multi-part elements with super glue. Protect your airways when sanding resin. Use acrylics for the painting; glazes and dry-brushing will support the natural look of fur or feathers.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
