The photo-etched super-detail set 1:700 WWII USN Battleship Missouri from Flyhawk. A comprehensive photo-etch set for building the American Iowa class battleship in full detail.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is an extensive photo-etched set in 1:700 scale, that is, an accessory to a kit of the American battleship USS Missouri, not a model in its own right. The set from Flyhawk gathers a large number of parts on several photo-etched frets for refining and sharpening the model all over.
USS Missouri (BB-63) was an American Iowa class battleship, on whose deck the Japanese surrender was signed in 1945. The set typically brings railings, ladders, radars and antennas, cranes, scuttles, details of the superstructures, the anti-aircraft weapons and the deck, and it makes it possible to replace coarser plastic parts with faithful photo-etch.
Follow the enclosed diagram and separate the parts from the fret with a sharp knife on a cutting surface. Bend them over a straight edge, glue them with cyanoacrylate and build the larger assemblies in stages. Spray the finished photo-etch with primer and paint it to the shade of the model.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
