This is a standalone decal set in 1:12 scale, not a kit. It holds water-slide decals with the test livery of the Honda RC212V motorcycle from the period of pre-season running in 2010, and it is meant to bring the matching plastic kit of the motorcycle to life.
The Honda RC212V was the works prototype machine for the premier MotoGP class. The set captures the test colors of 2010, that is, from the period when the team was tuning the motorcycle away from the races proper. It takes in the sponsor lettering and the markings matching that test period.
Apply the decals to a smooth, gloss and thoroughly dried clear coat. Dip the piece briefly in lukewarm water, move it into place once it comes free of the backing paper and draw the surplus water off. For a perfect fit to the shapes of the fairing we recommend a decal softener and setting solution; once dry, go over everything with clear coat so that the edges of the carrier film blend into the surface.
This is an additional decal set. The motorcycle kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
