HEKI decovlies meadow green, 28 by 14 cm is a mat of taller wild grass in the shade of a fresh meadow.
Responsibility details are not available.
A grass mat from the German maker HEKI from the decovlies line of a size of twenty-eight by fourteen centimeters. The grass fibers are applied to a practically invisible carrier mesh, so you can tear the mat into irregular pieces and those are set into a landscape with no distinct edge. Meadow green is the basic shade of the whole line, that is full summer green with no autumn and no high mountain admixtures, and it therefore suits the largest areas of a scene.
On a new base apply glue from a spray can and press the mat down. If you already have an area grassed with low grass, you do not need glue; the fibers of the base interlock with the pile of the mat and hold on their own. Never tear the pieces into regular shapes; a frayed edge is the main reason a mat does not look like a carpet. For a natural result vary the density: by paths and fences leave the grass taller and in the middle of an area thin it out.
For builders of layouts and dioramas who want to create extensive grassed areas quickly and without a static grass applicator, and for modelers fine tuning a landscape that is already finished. The basic green shade goes well with the other variants of the line, so it can be combined into transitions. This is a modeling material, not a toy. The maker marks its landscaping goods as not suitable for children under fifteen years of age.
