HEKI mikrolaub pine green, 200 ml is very fine loose flakes in the shade of needles.
Responsibility details are not available.
Loose flakes from the German maker HEKI from the mikrolaub line in a package of two hundred milliliters. The fine grinding makes sure that a surface on a model does not fall apart into visible grains. The pine green shade is cooler and darker than ordinary leaf green, with a hint of blue, and matches the needles of pines, spruces and firs. In that it differs from the other variants of the line, which are keyed for deciduous trees.
Coat the tree armature with flocking or thinned white glue and scatter the flakes from above over a dish placed underneath, so that the surplus falls through and can be used again. With conifers go from the lower branches upward; the crown then keeps its conical shape. Do not mix coniferous and leaf green on one tree, for the difference between needles and leaves is clear in nature and on a model it would come across as an oversight. In a wood, though, both work well side by side.
For builders of coniferous woods, mountain scenes and winter dioramas, and for modelers fine tuning finished conifers. This is a loose material, so do not inhale it and keep it out of reach of children. The maker marks its landscaping goods as not suitable for children under fifteen years of age.
