A collectible figure kit in 1:12 scale from Meng, officially licensed from the Dune film saga. The Deluxe version additionally holds a desert display base and a poseable cloth cape, which let you set the character into a striking scene. The figure is supplied as a plastic kit to be assembled and painted.
Paul Atreides is the central hero of Dune, the heir of House Atreides, who becomes the leader of the Fremen on the desert planet Arrakis. The model captures his film appearance faithfully, including his desert clothing and equipment. The articulated construction of the figure makes it possible to set a range of positions and to create a dynamic or a still composition.
Bond the parts with modeling cement for plastic and dress the mold seams carefully. Both an airbrush and a brush suit the skin and the clothing; work up the skin with shades and soft transitions, and add washes and dry-brushing to the clothing to bring out its texture. Shape the cloth cape into the movement you want and, if necessary, fix it with thinned glue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
