An injection-molded plastic kit of the Honda CB750F road motorcycle in 1:12 scale from the Japanese brand Tamiya. The model is built from plastic parts and completed by a range of realistic elements: rubber tires with tread pattern and tubing in several diameters for faithful wiring and brake lines. Decals with the decorative lines of the bodywork are included as well. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
At the turn of the 1970s and 1980s the Honda CB750F was among the flagships of the marque. It was powered by an air-cooled inline four with a DOHC valvetrain, whose finned cooling cylinders are one of the most striking visual elements of the engine. The 750 made its name as a reliable and refined road machine and became one of the icons of the era of the big Japanese fours.
Join the plastic parts with liquid modeling cement for plastic. It is best to paint and assemble the frame and the engine first, and only then hang the bodywork parts on. The gloss surfaces of the tank and the fenders come into their own after airbrushing and polishing, and the chrome elements can be added as needed. Apply the decals over a gloss base and, if necessary, settle them with a decal softener.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
