The package is a Model Set, that is a starter set which besides the parts also holds basic acrylic paints, a brush and glue, so you can start building without a further purchase. The distinctive feature of the model is the large rotating radar dish (the rotodome) above the fuselage.
The Boeing E-3 Sentry is based on the design of the Boeing 707 airliner. It serves for radar surveillance of airspace, for early warning and for the control of air operations. The rotating radar dish above the fuselage makes it possible to track airborne and ground targets at a great distance. The aircraft is used by the US Air Force and by NATO's joint command alike.
Use a thin modeling cement on the joints in the plastic. We recommend a base coat (a primer) before painting, and lay the shades themselves on with an airbrush or a brush. Fit the large rotodome and its pylon carefully so that the result looks symmetrical.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The basic paints, the brush and the glue are included in the package with this Model Set.
