Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Bristol Buckingham aircraft in 1:144 scale from the Czech maker Valom. It is a short-run kit in a smaller scale, typical of Valom's range; the decal sheet covers several sets of markings. Check the exact contents of the box against the manufacturer's part number for this item.
The Bristol Buckingham was a British twin-engine aircraft of the end of the Second World War, powered by Bristol Hercules radial engines. It was first laid out as a fast day bomber, but its development ran late and more capable types overtook it in the bomber role. Part of the production therefore came out as a fast courier and liaison aircraft (the C version, Courier). Total production was small, and the Buckingham is among the less well-known British aircraft, which makes it an interesting and unusual subject for collectors.
Short-run kits tend to have heavier sprues and a softer fit of the parts, so check the joints dry before gluing and sand them if need be. The small scale forgives slight inaccuracies, but it still pays to finish the transparent areas cleanly. Paint with an airbrush over a primer; bring out the British camouflage scheme with a light wash of the panel lines. Given how small the model is, choose fine decals and go carefully with the varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
