An injection-molded plastic kit of the narrow-body Boeing 757-200 airliner in 1:144 scale from the Zvezda brand. The model is built from plastic parts, glued and painted; it holds clear window parts and decals for a civil scheme. The 1:144 scale is the most widespread one for airliners and makes it possible to put together a collection of comparable models.
The Boeing 757 is a narrow-body twin-engine airliner created at the turn of the 1970s and 1980s as a replacement for older types. The 757-200 version was the most widespread and was liked for its performance, range and ability to operate from shorter runways. Dozens of airlines around the world flew it in passenger as well as freight form.
Sand and fill the fuselage joints and the wing leading edges carefully, so that the parting lines disappear: on smooth airliners they show the most. We recommend a good gloss white primer, because airline schemes call for a clean and smooth surface. Apply the decals onto a glossy finish, so that no silvering edges appear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
