An injection-molded plastic kit of the B-Wing starfighter in 1:144 scale from the American manufacturer MPC. It is what is called a snap kit, that is, a snap-together model whose parts fit into one another without the use of glue. The package contains parts molded in light gray plastic, clear components, a sheet of stickers for beginners and waterslide decals for more advanced modelers. The assembled model measures approximately 18 cm in height.
The B-Wing is a heavy starfighter of the Rebel Alliance which appeared in the film Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. It is distinguished by an unusual design with a rotating cockpit at the end of a long wing and a characteristic profile in the shape of the letter T. It was deployed in the Battle of Endor.
The model can be built without glue and without paints, which beginners and younger modelers will appreciate. For a realistic result we recommend securing the joints with a drop of glue, spraying the surface and adding weathering. You can choose between the stickers and the decals according to your level of experience.
The model is supplied unassembled. Paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
