LACI 1:200 Boeing 727-200 - high-lift flaps is a resin set that replaces the corresponding parts of the wing of a plastic kit and makes it possible to build a model in landing configuration. It is an accessory to a model, not a kit of an airplane.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin accessory set in 1:200 scale from LACI. It makes it possible to build a model of the three-engine Boeing 727-200 with the high-lift devices extended, that is in the shape it has on approach. It is not a kit of an airplane - the parts replace the corresponding sections of the wing of a plastic model you already have under way.
Among airliners the Boeing 727 is renowned precisely for the extent of its high-lift devices: the combination of triple-slotted flaps on the trailing edge with slats and Krueger flaps on the leading edge let it operate even from short runways. The devices extended therefore do not change the look of the model marginally but fundamentally - a smooth wing turns into a broken-up surface full of slots. In 1:200 scale the whole model is only around twenty centimeters long, so this detail can be had only through a fine casting; plastic cannot be cut to such a thickness.
This is an accessory to a kit, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
