A set of 3D printed colored decals from the Quinta Studio manufacturer. It is not a model but an exterior accessory for ship models in 1:200 scale. The package contains 96 miniature life buoys carried out as a 3D decal on a film with a raised, color-printed surface. The Type 2 designation distinguishes the particular shape and color execution of the buoys against the other types in the line.
Life buoys are typical equipment of the decks and the superstructures of ships. In 1:200 scale they are hard to make by hand, so 3D decals offer a quick and uniform solution with faithful raised detail and color. The high number of pieces is enough even for a larger model or for several builds.
Work with tweezers and a pointed tool, because the pieces are very small. Apply them onto a clean, degreased and preferably matted surface and seat the buoys accurately on the deck superstructures and the railings.
The accessory is supplied on its own; the ship model, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
