Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the single-seat Lola T90-50 F3000 racing car in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. The model captures the car in the Advan livery from the Japanese F3000 championship at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s. The package holds a decal sheet with sponsor markings and race numbers; the body and the aerodynamic parts are molded so that the typical look of an open-wheel single-seater with a front and a rear wing comes through. It is a collectible kit for lovers of formula cars.
At the turn of the 1980s and 1990s the F3000 cars formed an important step between the junior formulas and the top single-seaters. The Japanese F3000 championship was one of the strongest series of its kind and a number of respected drivers and designs ran in it, among them Lola chassis. Open single-seaters with powerful engines and sensitive aerodynamics were technically demanding but rewarding to watch, and the colorful sponsor liveries are still a rewarding subject for modelers today.
Spray the body with an airbrush and coat it with clear gloss so that the extensive sponsor decals settle without fogging. Separate the fine suspension and aerodynamic parts from the sprues carefully and clean up the mold seams. The glazing and the exposed engine bay are finished with metallic shades and discreet highlighting. Apply the decals onto a gloss surface with a decal softener.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
