A modeling accessory, not a kit. It is a precisely 3D-printed resin part of the front grille, intended to improve the plastic model of the racing Alfa Romeo Tipo 159 Alfetta in 1:24 scale. It replaces the simpler part from the kit and gives the nose of the car a sharper and more faithful look.
The Alfa Romeo 158/159 Alfetta was a supercharged Grand Prix single-seater that dominated the first seasons of the Formula One world championship. Giuseppe Farina took the title with it in 1950 and Juan Manuel Fangio in 1951. It was powered by a 1.5 liter inline eight-cylinder engine with a supercharger.
Wash the print resin residue off the part, remove the print supports and bond it with super glue. Darker steel or chrome shades suit the metal look of the grille; the body can be finished in the glossy paint typical of these cars.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. The base model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
