Revell 1:24 BMW Z8 gift set (James Bond 007) is a plastic kit of the sports roadster from the film series about agent 007, supplied with paints, glue and a brush.
Responsibility details are not available.
The gift set holds everything needed to build a plastic model of the BMW Z8 roadster in 1:24 scale. Besides the injection-molded plastic kit of about 70 parts, the package holds basic Aqua Color acrylic paints, a brush, glue, decals and a film poster. The car was made famous by the James Bond film The World Is Not Enough. Chrome parts make the mirrors and the handles easier to render.
The BMW Z8 was a luxury two-seat roadster built at the turn of the millennium, its shape inspired by the classic 507 of the 1950s. It was powered by a V8, and a self-supporting aluminum structure gave it both stiffness and low weight; on the screen it appeared as the car of agent 007.
Separate the parts from the sprues with nippers and glue the joints with a thin modeling cement for plastic. It is a good idea to treat the body with a filler primer before painting and to lay the gloss shade on in thin coats, ideally with an airbrush. The Aqua Color paints supplied are water-thinnable acrylics.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. In this gift set the paints, the brush and the glue are part of the package.
