1:24 McLaren Senna P1 - Dress Up Decal Set (for Tamiya Kits)

McLaren Senna - Dress Up Decal Set 1:24 (Tabu design)

The set holds printed waterslide decals in 1:24 scale for the McLaren Senna supercar. A dress-up set of this kind adds detail and decorative livery, typically imitations of carbon surfaces, logotypes and fine markings, which lift the realistic appearance of a finished model. It is not a kit and not body parts. Take the exact contents from the illustration on the packaging.

The real subject

The McLaren Senna is a track-focused supercar from the British manufacturer McLaren, named after the legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna. It ranks in the brand's top model range alongside the McLaren P1 and puts the emphasis on maximum aerodynamic downforce and driving performance. It makes extensive use of carbon composite in both the body and the chassis.

Use and tips

• Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss finish so that they conform perfectly.
• The carbon markings settle more easily with a decal softener.
• Once dry, even out the surface with clear coat.
• Separate the fine markings with a sharp knife right at the edge of the printing.

Who the set is for

For modelers who want to dress a model of a modern supercar with realistic details beyond the decals in the box.

This is a decal set, not a model. The kit, paints and clear coat are not included in the package.
