This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Japanese brand Hasegawa captures the Mitsubishi Lancer EX 1800GSR Turbo in a tuned form. The package holds new plastic parts for the widened fenders, the front bumper and the auxiliary lights; the body is molded in white.
The Lancer EX, the second series of the Lancer generation, ranked in the 1800GSR Turbo version among the sports sedans of the early 1980s. It was powered by a turbocharged four and, thanks to its angular silhouette and its readiness to be modified, it became a popular subject for period conversions with widened fenders.
Fit the widened fenders and the front bumper before painting. Spray the body with primer first, apply the paint with an airbrush and polish the painted areas. The chrome and plastic details of the interior come into their own when painted with a brush after assembly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
