This injection-molded plastic kit from Italeri in the popular truck scale of 1:24 represents the modern long-haul tractor unit Volvo FH in the version with a low cab roof (Low Roof / Flat Roof). The kit offers a fully detailed cab and interior, a well-worked engine and a chassis frame. Photo-etched parts for fine details and rubber tires are included in the package. The doors and the radiator grille can be built open or closed, which gives freedom in presenting the model.
The Volvo FH is among the most widespread European long-haul tractor units. The low-roof version is used above all for semi-trailers where the height is limited, and it is marked by a cab silhouette different from the tall Globetrotter forms. It is a modern, reliable vehicle valued by drivers and hauliers alike.
Assemble and paint the engine, the frame and the cab interior before closing the bodywork up. Spray the cab with a filler primer and lay a gloss finish down with an airbrush. Bond the photo-etched parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and the plastic parts with liquid cement for plastic. Finish the chrome features and any sponsor decals off at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
