This injection-molded plastic kit captures the American 1954 Hudson Hornet Special fastback in the form for amateur racing of the Junior Stock class, in 1:25 scale. The set contains a detailed reproduction of the inline engine of 308 cubic inches, a well worked-out interior, chrome-plated wire wheels and decals for finishing the model.
At the beginning of the fifties the Hudson Hornet belonged among the technically advanced American cars, with a low-set chassis and a powerful inline six as well as eight. The Special fastback form was taken up by drivers of the amateur drag racing classes in the sixties, when these cars got a second life on the race tracks.
Spray the body with primer, and by sanding between the coats you will achieve smooth gloss paint. Leave the chrome-plated parts and the wheels in their original sheen or add metal shades; apply the decals onto a gloss base and fix them with varnish. Emphasize the engine and the interior with shades and with gentle highlighting of the edges.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
