A resin detail set for experienced modelers from Reskit in 1:32 scale. The package contains four precise castings of the Soviet B-8M1 rocket pod for 80 mm unguided rockets. The set is usually completed by photo-etched parts and decals for a faithful finish.
The B-8M1 is a Soviet and Russian rocket pod for unguided rockets of the S-8 family. It was carried by a number of combat aircraft and helicopters of Eastern design, among them MiG and Sukhoi types, and it is a frequent part of their armament.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); sand with respiratory protection. Darken the mouths of the tubes, bring out the body of the pod with a wash and a fine dry brush, and add scuffing around the mounts.
Supplied as a resin set, unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
