A set of a 3D-printed pre-colored Quinta Studio interior for the twin-seat version of the Eurofighter Typhoon (EF-2000B/2000T) in 1:32 scale. These are cockpit parts printed by color 3D printing on a decal backing: they are applied like a decal, but they have real three-dimensional 3D relief. The result is a photorealistic cockpit with depth, with instrument panels, switches, levers and seat textures, and with no need for painting. This variant is intended for a cockpit with two seats. The displays here are in the ordinary (switched off) execution; anyone who wants the effect of a started-up cockpit with lit screens will find a twin-seat Powered-up Displays version with lit displays is made as well.
This is not an aircraft model and not a kit. It is a detail interior set designed directly for the plastic Eurofighter Typhoon kit from the maker Trumpeter in 1:32 scale; you have to own the kit itself separately, and the set will not fit other kits. A single-seat version (EF-2000/2000A) for a cockpit with one seat is made as well.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is a European supersonic multirole fourth-generation fighter with a characteristic aerodynamic layout of a delta wing and canard foreplanes. It came about as a joint European program and serves in the air superiority role as well as in ground attack. The twin-seat version (EF-2000B/2000T) has a pair of seats in tandem and is used above all for training and for converting pilots.
The parts are separated and transferred like a decal: dipped, slid off the backing and settled into their place in the cockpit. Do not use a decal softener or a setting solution, as they damage the printed resin; seal the result with a varnish. Painting is not needed, as the parts are pre-colored.
This is an accessory for a kit, not a model in its own right. The plastic kit, glue, paints and varnishes are not included in the package.
