A decal set in 1:32 scale intended for kits of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G fighter. The first part of the series concentrates on the machines operated by the Regia Aeronautica in the area of Sicily. The set holds sheets with decals for several variants of marking; the aircraft model itself is not included and has to be obtained separately.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 G, nicknamed the Gustav, was one of the most widespread fighters of its time. Besides the Luftwaffe it was used during the Second World War by a number of other European air arms as well, among them the Regia Aeronautica, which operated it over the Mediterranean and Sicily. The various operators were distinguished by their national markings, their camouflage schemes and their tactical markings.
For modelers who build the Bf 109 G in 1:32 scale and want to finish it in a less usual, historically documented Italian marking. The model, the paints and the glue are not included.
The set holds decals only. Neither an aircraft kit nor paints are included in the package.
