The J2M5 Raiden Type 33 in 1:32 is a 3D printed color instrument panel from Red Fox Studio on a self-adhesive backing — a realistic accessory for detailing the cockpit, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The product is a 3D printed, fully painted instrument panel with interior details from Red Fox Studio in 1:32 scale. The thin self-adhesive backing carries a raised relief of the instruments and imitation glossy dial glass. It is not an airplane model but an accessory for detailing the cockpit of the matching kit of this type and scale.
The Mitsubishi J2M Raiden (Jack to the Allies) was an interceptor of the Imperial Japanese Navy, designed for speed and a fast climb against bombers. The J2M5 Type 33 version was optimized for combat at high altitude and was among the most capable variants in the series in terms of performance. It was powered by the Kasei radial engine.
The relief panel is stuck in place of the original one, ideally with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), though PVA glue will do as well. The surface will take light toning with oil or acrylic paints and can be bent slightly or sanded. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
The accessory is supplied unassembled; paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
