A turned metal armament and pitot tube set for the Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet in 1:32 scale by the Polish manufacturer MASTER, MG 151 barrel tips and an air data tube.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a turned metal detail set, not an aircraft model. The package contains precisely turned metal barrel tips of the MG 151 cannons and a pitot (air data) tube for a Me 163 Komet kit in 1:32 scale. The metal parts replace the plastic parts from the kit, they hold accurate geometry and they have cleanly made bores and sharper ends of a kind that cannot be produced in injected plastic.
The Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet was a German rocket-powered interceptor of the Second World War, designed as a flying wing with a rocket engine. It stood out for an extraordinary rate of climb but only a very short period of powered flight. The set adds fine metal detail to its armament and its nose.
Glue the metal tips and the tube with cyanoacrylate into drilled holes once the original plastic parts have been cut off. Degrease the brass before painting and apply a primer. Work with tweezers and sort the small parts out beforehand.
An accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
