This is not a model of the aircraft but an accessory for a kit. The set contains parts of thin etched metal that on a model replace or supplement details which cannot be molded in plastic with the corresponding fineness. Photo-etched metal has a thickness of tenths of a millimeter. Thanks to that it can stand in for panels, consoles, loops, belts or small stiffeners so that they match the scale. On large models in 1:32 scale the difference from a plastic casting is obvious at first glance.
The North American F-100C Super Sabre was an American single-engine supersonic aircraft with a strongly swept wing and a Pratt & Whitney J57 engine with an afterburner. The C version was intended for the fighter-bomber role and had equipment for in-flight refueling.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and make the bends in a bending tool or between two blades. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue applied with the tip of a wire, as cement for plastic does not hold on metal. Degrease the metal before painting and use a primer. Install sets aimed at the cockpit or the bays before you close the fuselage up.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
