A set of colored 3D decals from Kelik for the cockpit of the night observation version of the North American Rockwell OV-10 D Bronco counter-insurgency aircraft in 1:32 scale. This is an accessory for a plastic kit, not an aircraft model. The pre-printed films, built up in layers, capture the instrument panels, the side consoles and the tandem seats in high relief. The parts are colored from the factory and give the glazed cabin realistic depth without photo-etched parts or hand painting.
The OV-10 D is the improved version of the Bronco aimed at night observation and support. Compared with the basic machines it carried more advanced sensor equipment and a reworked nose. This twin-engine turboprop aircraft with twin tail booms and extensive glazing gave the crew an excellent view during reconnaissance and forward air control.
Thanks to the large glazed area of the cabin, the interior detail is clearly visible. Degrease the surfaces, let the decal soften and press it into the relief with a softener. A fine wash and a matte clear coat bring out the instruments and even out the look.
This is an accessory for a kit, not a model in its own right. The aircraft kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
