The wet decal sheet Techmod 1:32 Vought F4U-1 Corsair from the Polish maker Techmod, markings for 1:32 models of the early version of the Corsair with the birdcage canopy.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a sheet of wet waterslide decals, not a kit. It holds markings for 1:32 models of the early version of the American carrier-based fighter Vought F4U-1 Corsair with the so-called birdcage canopy. The decals are thin, crisply printed and true in color.
The sheet offers several color schemes for machines of the US Navy and the US Marine Corps from the fighting in the Pacific in 1943, including aircraft flown by squadron commanders. It holds the national insignia, tactical numbers and technical stencils. The exact positions are shown on the accompanying drawings.
The Vought F4U-1 was the original production version of the famous Corsair, recognizable by its heavily glazed multi-panel birdcage canopy and the lower seating position of the pilot. It went into action from 1943 in the hard fighting over the island groups of the South Pacific.
Dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water, slide it into the right place and press it down gently. Apply it onto a gloss coat, use a setting and softening solution against silvering and go over it with clear varnish once it is dry.
This is a decal sheet on its own. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
