HäT 1:32 Wurttemberg Jaeger Command is a set of eighteen command figures of the Württemberg Jäger in six poses.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of plastic figures in 1:32 scale from HäT. The box holds eighteen figures in six poses. This is the command group, that is officers, a standard bearer and drummers, which brings the rank-and-file Jäger of the same scale up to a complete battalion. The plastic is unpainted and the larger scale lets you pick out the detail of the uniform.
The Württemberg Jäger were the light infantry of a kingdom that from 1806 belonged to the Confederation of the Rhine and fought alongside France. The Jäger were recruited from men used to shooting, fought in open order and wore a dark green coat. In the campaign in Russia in 1812 the Württemberg corps took heavy losses and only a fraction of its men came back.
Wash the figures, dry them and spray them with a flexible primer. Do not take the dark green coat toward black; add a little ocher instead and lighten the edges. The command figures deserve their lace, the sash and painted faces, and in 1:32 that can be done without a magnifier. You can replace the flag with one of your own cut from thin foil and paint the pattern on it, as the plastic sheet looks coarse at this size.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
