This set of colored decals of instrument dials (not an aircraft model) is intended for the cockpits of American naval aircraft of the Second World War in the large 1:32 scale. Airscale is a British brand focused on cockpit accessories. The motifs match the US Navy instrument fit and are universal for a range of carrier types, for example the F4U Corsair, the F6F Hellcat or the TBF Avenger.
The sheet brings faithfully printed instrument dials for flight, navigation and engine monitoring, that is altimeters, airspeed indicators, artificial horizons, tachometers and others. The large 1:32 scale allows legibility of the scales and accurate seating of the individual motifs.
Paint the instrument panel with a matte dark color, cut the dials out closely and seat them on the positions of the instruments. Fix them with a softener and, once dry, add a drop of gloss varnish for the impression of glass. The ideal companion is the photo-etched instrument bezels from the same brand.
The accessory is supplied as a sheet of decals; it is not an aircraft model. Paints, varnish and a kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
