The package Ammunition Belts contains photo-etched metal ammunition belts in 1:35 scale for machine guns on equipment and in infantry positions.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of photo-etched belts with rounds is made by the Italian brand Royal Model from thin metal sheet. It replaces the simplified ammunition that a kit usually handles with a single plastic casting without any sag.
Most often they go to the pintle-mounted machine guns on the turrets and superstructures of armored equipment, to anti-aircraft mounts and to infantry firing positions. Credibility is helped if the belt does not run straight: let it arch between the box and the weapon and let the end hang freely down. In a diorama it is worth adding a belt laid aside over a crate or across a gunner's shoulder as well, because it is exactly such small things that give a scene life.
The metal is soft and will take repeated fine-tuning of shape, but it does not take repeated bending in one place. Separate the pieces with a cut, not by twisting. A drop of cyanoacrylate glue applied with a wire will join them to the model, so that it does not run over the surface. The base is a primer for metal, followed by a dark metallic shade. For the individual cases it is enough to brush brass over them with the edge of a brush and then dust the whole with a fine pigment. A finished belt will then stand up even to a view from a centimeter away, where a plastic part would not.
In the package there is only photo-etched sheet, nothing else.
