A photo-etched detail set 1:35 for the Centurion Mk.5/1 tank in Australian service from the Czech manufacturer Eduard adds fine metal elements to a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
An add-on photo-etched set for a model of the British Centurion Mk.5/1 tank in the configuration of the Australian army, in 1:35 scale. It contains fine metal parts that replace or complement the coarser plastic sections, such as the fenders, grilles, covers, tool clamps and other small details of the hull and the turret.
The Centurion was a British postwar main battle tank, valued for its balanced combination of armor, firepower and reliability. The Australian army deployed it among other places in the Vietnam War, where it proved itself in difficult terrain. The Mk.5/1 version is one of the modernized configurations.
The parts are separated from the fret, the thin elements are shaped with a bending tool and they are glued with super glue. It is worth degreasing the metal surface and applying a primer before painting. We recommend tweezers and fine tools.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
