The corner of the house and the ground beside it are cast in plaster with a masonry and paving texture; the laser-cut parts make up the finer features, for example window and door frames. Plaster cuts well and takes water-thinnable paints, which makes a realistic patina easier.
Clean the parts up and fill any cracks. Glue with PVA or super glue and fit the laser-cut features according to the plan. Lay the base tone on with an airbrush, bring out the joints with a wash and age the surfaces with pigments and a dry brush.
The base is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
