The set contains drive sprockets with part of the transmission for models of the German light tank Panzer II in 1:35 scale. It is not a tank kit but a resin accessory that replaces the plastic drive sprocket with a more accurate casting including the adjoining transmission cover with fine relief.
The Panzer II was a light tank that made up a considerable part of the German armored forces at the beginning of the war and later served as a chassis for other vehicles. The drive sprocket with the transmission housing is a visible feature at the front of the chassis; a faithful casting raises the accuracy of the whole running gear.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and clear the flash from the teeth. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); protect your airways when sanding resin. Before fitting the tracks, check the correct pitch and orientation of the teeth.
This is a resin accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, without the base kit, glue and paints.
