This detailed plastic kit from the maker MiniArt in 1:35 scale depicts the German 7.5 cm PaK 40 antitank gun in its mid-production form. The Special Edition adds figures of the artillery crew, so that a complete combat scene can be built straight out of the box. Photo-etched parts for fine detail are included as well.
The 7.5 cm PaK 40 was the basic German antitank gun of the second half of the Second World War. With its 75 mm caliber and high muzzle velocity it could hit the overwhelming majority of Allied tanks, and it was deployed on every front from 1942 until the end of the war.
Glue the model with a thin cement for plastic and clean up the fine parts carefully. The gun can be built in the firing as well as the traveling position. We recommend a filler primer and spraying with an airbrush; bring out the crew and the metal parts (boxes, shells) with a wash and pigments for convincing weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
