This is a diorama accessory, not a model of a vehicle. The set is cast in resin and represents a German field fortification, an artillery bunker of the Second World War period. It serves as the centerpiece of a diorama, into which you set vehicles, figures and terrain features.
Field and coastal bunkers formed the backbone of the German defensive lines. Concrete positions protected the crew and the armament and became strongpoints in the withdrawal fighting at the end of the war. The model captures the typical character of such a structure: massive walls, embrasures and weathered concrete.
First wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and sand the faces with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). You bring concrete to life by layering shades of gray, with filters and pigments for deposits of dust and damp streaks; it is an ideal base for washes run into the recesses.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, vehicles and figures are not included in the package.
