This set of plastic figures in 1:35 scale from Master Box (Ukraine) represents German infantry on the Eastern Front in the period 1941 to 1945. The box makes it possible to build five figures and in addition contains a separate sprue with a generous set of weapons and personal equipment (rifles and other gear). The castings are clean, with a minimum of flash.
The Eastern Front was the vast and costly theater of the Second World War between Germany and the Soviet Union. The set represents ordinary soldiers in the field matter-of-factly, as a period scene; accessories such as field equipment and small props give the scene a civilian, everyday dimension.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the parting seams. After the primer, German field shades (feldgrau) and camouflage patterns suit them; shade the faces and hands. The generous set of weapons allows varied posing. A combination of brush and airbrush works well.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
