An injection-molded plastic set of figures in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The package holds four figures in winter uniform together with weapons and equipment. The figures are shaped into seated poses so that they can be seated on the hull or the armor of a tank, to which they will add the infantry being carried.
The set captures German soldiers being carried on a tank in the winter at the end of the Second World War, that is in the years 1944 to 1945. The winter uniform and the seated poses correspond to the ordinary way infantry moved on armored vehicles. The set is conceived matter-of-factly without glorification and serves to fill a winter scene out.
Clean the sprue nubs and flash off the parts and sand the parting lines down. Glue the plastic with liquid cement for plastic, fill the seams and sand them down. Try the seated poses out on the particular tank in advance, so that the figures sit correctly. Paint in layers, and with a winter uniform fine shading of the folds and restrained weathering to match a cold setting both help.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
