Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic set from the manufacturer Trumpeter holds figures of Iraqi tank crewmen in 1:35 scale. It is not a model of a vehicle but an accessory meant to bring models of armor and dioramas to life. The figures are captured in the mix of civilian and military dress typical of modern Middle Eastern conflicts, and small arms go with them.
The figures represent the crew of a modern tank from the armed forces of Iraq. They find a use with models of the Soviet and Russian designs operated by the Iraqi army and with scenes from recent conflicts. The poses are chosen so that the figures can be placed on the vehicle, around it or in a standing group.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic and sand the seams. A primer is recommended, and painting with an airbrush as well as a brush; with figures, shading and highlighting bring out the modeling of faces and uniforms. Choose shades to suit a desert setting, and paint the small fittings and weapons separately. The figures come alive together with a suitable tank model and a base.
This is a figure set, that is an accessory for models. The vehicle, glue and paints are not included in the package. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
