The photo-etched detail set Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (V) Lang in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Aber. Fine metal parts to refine a plastic kit of the German tank destroyer — it is not a model but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched detail accessory, not a model. The set contains fine etched brass parts that replace or supplement the coarser plastic parts of a kit of the German Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (V) tank destroyer, nicknamed Lang after its long gun barrel. It is made by Aber, the Polish specialist in photo-etched sets. Photo-etched parts have the correct thickness in scale and crisp detail that injection-molded plastic cannot match.
The Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (V) was a German tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War. On the Panzer IV chassis it carried a long 7.5 cm L/70 gun barrel in a low fixed superstructure, the same as the Panther. Its low silhouette and heavy frontal armor made it a dangerous defender.
For more advanced modelers who build the Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (V) in 1:35 scale and want to lift the detail above the level of plastic. Working with fine photo-etch calls for patience, a bending tool and super glue.
This is an accessory, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
