This is a brass detail set from the Polish brand Aber, not a model of a vehicle. The package holds four towing shackles of the late form with their pins, which replace the simplified plastic parts and give the model sharp shapes correct in scale.
Towing shackles were used to secure a tow cable and were carried on the hull as part of the equipment. The late form differs from the early one in the shape of the eye and of the pin, so the metal parts match the machines of the later production batches better. The set is intended for models of the Tiger Ausf. B (Königstiger) heavy tank.
Separate the parts carefully, clean them up and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease before painting and apply a metal primer; the shackles can be seated in their brackets so that they look movable.
