M113 Zelda - Israeli IDF in Lebanon 1982 is a set of waterslide decals in 1:35 from Star Decals for the Israeli M113 armored personnel carriers.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of wet, that is waterslide, decals in 1:35 scale for models of the Israeli M113 armored personnel carrier, nicknamed Zelda. The markings are drawn from the vehicles of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) used during the operation in Lebanon in 1982. It is a standalone add-on set of decals, not a kit of the carrier.
The M113 is an American tracked armored personnel carrier in aluminum alloy, one of the most widespread of its kind in the world. In Israeli service it was given the nickname Zelda and became the backbone of the mechanized infantry. During the Lebanon campaign of 1982 the IDF used the M113 in a great variety of roles, often with added armor and equipment based on experience from the fighting.
Lay them onto a smooth gloss varnish so that the decals do not silver. Soak the piece briefly, slide it off the backing film into place and press it down. On raised areas and pressings a decal softener helps, and a final matte or satin varnish will even the whole surface out.
This is a set of decals. Paints, varnish and the model of the vehicle are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
