This is an accessory photo-etched set in 1:35 scale, not a vehicle model. The STEEL designation means the parts are made of pre-painted (printed) steel and are self-adhesive, so they do not have to be painted or bonded with super glue. The set adds realistic interior details to the M113A armored personnel carrier in the ACAV version.
The set brings a color dashboard and faithful seat belts. Against classic brass etching, the steel version has the advantage that the belts can be shaped easily and, thanks to the printed color and the self-adhesive layer, seated in the interior quickly and cleanly.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface. Shape the self-adhesive belts over the seats so that they look natural and slack; unlike plastic, metal holds a bend. Seat the dashboard on a clean, degreased surface so that the adhesive layer holds well.
This is a stand-alone accessory. The vehicle kit itself and the paints are not included in the package.
