This is a resin (3D printed) figure set in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian brand Spalah that combines a machine gunner with a DShKM heavy machine gun with zombie figures. It is not an equipment kit but a diorama accessory for an unconventional scene on the border between a military and a horror subject. It is supplied as unassembled and unpainted resin castings.
The DShKM is a Soviet heavy machine gun of 12.7 mm caliber; combined with the undead it creates a fantasy or survival scene of a last stand. This variant differs explicitly from the standalone machine gunner figure precisely in the presence of the zombies, so it gives room for a dramatic, cinematic diorama.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, carefully cut away the print supports and glue them together with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Paint the soldier realistically (uniform, equipment, weapon), and for the undead choose pale flesh, glazes and dark washes for a morbid look.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, in resin. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
