This is a 3D-printed (resin) detail set of the unfolded (spread) main rotor of the Sikorsky MH-60S naval helicopter in 1:35 scale from Reskit. It is not a kit and not a model of the helicopter but a faithful replacement part of the rotor head with the blades in the ordinary spread, flight position. The set is made for the MH-60S kits by Kitty Hawk (and related ones).
The set replaces the plastic rotor with an accurate 3D-printed part with a detailed rotor head and faithfully shaped blades. Unlike the variant with the rotor folded, it shows the machine with the rotor spread, as it looks in service or ready for takeoff.
Wash the parts free of release agent, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces; protect your airways when sanding resin. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting and spray the shades of the blades and the metal parts with an airbrush in thin coats. Check the fit against your particular kit.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of the helicopter. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
